What is the Return policy for Game cards and  merchandise?

All unopened items sold by Ni-Shop in new condition can be returned within 10 days of purchase and will receive a refund with a 5% restock fee or an exchange. Items can not show any sign of tempering such as broken sealed, reseal bag or boxes, damaged bag/boxes, etc.

What is the return policy for Clothing/ Accessories/Masks?

All Clothing/Accessories sold by Ni-Shop are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to our customers. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 7 days of the received date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly to make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
